If you have any queries on the
security of this website please
click here to send your issue to us by email.
When you order a product from us, the data sent from
your Browser is encrypted before sending. This data is sent to a website that
is very secure. The online payment is handled by our Credit Broker, and they
guarantee secure payment. On reaching their website page to enter payment
details, if you right-click on the order form and from the menu that appears,
select 'Properties', you will see the following message :
'SSL 3.0 with 128 bit encryption (High);
RSA with 1024 bit exchange'.
This is a very secure system.
When you enter the Member Control Centre
our website is set up for SSL security on the web pages within the Control
Centre. This also uses SSL 3.0 with 128 bit encryption. All data transferred
between your computer and our Member Control Centre web pages is encrypted and
so will not be capable of being 'understood' if intercepted by any third
party.
When you become a member of our Service your email address
becomes your membership identifier that you use to log in to the Member Control
Centre. The very first entry to the Control Centre does not require a password,
and we recommend setting one as soon as possible by yourself from within the
Control Centre. If you forget your password you can enter your email address
and have the password sent to you within a few minutes by using the 'Send
Password' facility on the Member Log in form. |
